I lead complex transformation from strategy through operational reality.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across Finance, Treasury, Technology and operating-model change in global banks, international organisations, investor-backed technology businesses and other complex environments.
My experience spans standalone transformation, post-merger integration, carve-outs and separation, legal-entity change, programme recovery, platform modernisation and go-live. I am at my best where the work crosses functions and somebody needs to turn complexity into clear decisions and delivery.
How I work
The Change Hive is a founder-led specialist practice. I lead client work personally rather than handing it to a large junior team.
I work on project and interim transformation mandates and can bring in trusted specialist associates where additional capacity is genuinely required.

I also created Continuity by Design, an ongoing body of work on how organisations preserve customer value, knowledge and capability through change. It brings together my channel, newsletter, selected research and practical frameworks. My doctoral research interest in organisational continuity informs this work, while my client work remains focused on transformation delivery.
