For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across Finance, Treasury, Technology and operating-model change in global banks, international organisations, investor-backed technology businesses and other complex environments. My experience spans standalone transformation, post-merger integration, carve-outs and separation, legal-entity change, programme recovery, platform modernisation and go-live. I am at my best where the work crosses functions and somebody needs to turn complexity into clear decisions and delivery.

The Change Hive is a founder-led specialist practice. I lead client work personally rather than handing it to a large junior team.
I work on project and interim transformation mandates and can bring in trusted specialist associates where additional capacity is genuinely required.
