I’m Yemi Oluseun, founder of The Change Hive. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across complex Finance, Treasury, Technology and operating-model transformation, from global banks and international organisations to PE-backed technology businesses.
My work sits where strategy becomes execution: translating complex change into operating models, systems, processes and decisions that people can actually use.
I also created Continuity by Design, my ongoing work on how organisations preserve value, knowledge and capability through change. My research on organisational continuity, retention and succession adds depth to this work, while client delivery remains focused on transformation.
The Change Hive is a founder-led practice. I lead client work personally and bring in trusted specialist associates where a mandate requires additional capacity.
