Yemi Oluseun is a Treasury, Finance and Risk Transformation operator, Founder and CEO of The Change Hive, and doctoral researcher at Grenoble École de Management. She has a special interest in revenue resilience, retention and organisational continuity.
For more than 15 years, Yemi has led complex treasury, finance, technology and operating-model transformations across banking, financial services, investor-backed businesses and international organisations. Her experience includes work with JPMorgan, Barclays, UBS, Avalara, Thredd and the International Fund for Agricultural Development, a United Nations specialised agency.
Her work spans treasury technology, finance modernisation, target operating models, programme recovery, governance, controls and organisational adoption. She focuses on ensuring that new systems, processes and operating models are implemented successfully and remain operationally sustainable.
Yemi holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, an MSc from King’s College London and a First-Class BSc from the University of Greenwich. Her doctoral research examines how founder- and key-person-dependent firms build organisational continuity beyond the individuals who carry critical customer relationships and knowledge.
